Home for peace

If you've landed on this page chances are you've been given a gift voucher from someone who cares to share peace on earth with you.  We are Peter and Kathy O'Connell of New Zealand and delighted to have you visit us.

HOME FOR PEACE

HOME FOR PEACE is a giveaway draw in honor of peace on earth and a peace giving spirit to be shared by all. This page is dedicated to the gratitude of PEACE  and the desire to have others have peace in their lives. We look forward to handing the keys over to the lucky person who possesses the voucher that is to receive HOME FOR PEACE. The draw is to take place on the 1 December 2012.  We trust that many will benefit from this expression of peace.

300 Pukekohe East Road, Pukekohe East, New Zealand is a family home where  we currently live having built the home in 1995.  We have raised our family here and have known the joys and love this home has to offer. It is indeed a great pleasure to share this spirit of peace with everyone.

HOME FOR PEACE is a surrender to the divine and whatever eventuates will be as it is and it will be perfect. We trust that an energy for peace  will be created and we are content to do our best to give this energy to people during this campaign to raise awareness of peace.

If you are reading this we invite you to receive for a moment, to dedicate one minute to drawing in an energy of peace around yourself, then, if you are willing offer peace in a heartfelt expression to someone you know or care about. Find something to say that makes you truly grateful for them, it could be yourself.  It will create a beautiful energy for them and for you.  This is the expression of a peaceful soul.  Imagine if one could be like this all the time. We hope you have fun with this and if peace is to remain a part of your consciousness we hope you will have many peaceful moments.

If there is an objective to gifting our home, it is to bring people HOME TO PEACE, by raising their awareness for peace and how it is possible for one to have this kind of peace, anytime. If you desire to take a look at this aspect of being and what it can do for you please feel free to contact us.  We guarantee it is truly a glorious and joyous space to be.

Each one of us can play a part in the consciousness for peace, if we choose.  We hope you would like to join us. We are ever grateful to have you as a guiding light for peace. Choose to experience peace, the CONSTANCY OF PEACE today.

Unconditional love is the only pathway to peace, including unconditional love for yourself.  Without it peace cannot be and it cannot multiply.

You can support our work by purchasing goods and services from our peace promoting supporters (business organisations). Promoting support members have goods and services they offer for sale that include eligibility to receive prize draw vouchers to HOME FOR PEACE.  Vouchers are registered on our registration page. Country Home for the city commuter

A country lifestyle, just 3 kilometres from State Highway One this prime location property is convenient for local or city commuting and handy to the main truck state highway one which is the main arterial route through the North Island of New Zealand.

The name of the peoperty is called "Brookby". The home sits on the most elevated part of the land with views across neighbouring farms and countryside, this is part of its country living charm.

The home and property affords space in and around it with interesting areas for family living, recreation and small block farming. Just having lots of space around you is one of its many benefits. The property extends over 24 acres, the land being easy to rolling in parts.

Native Bush Block
One of the features of the land is the native bush that lies on the north eastern part of the block, its area covers about an acre. A small stream runs along its southern perimetre. It is a nice setting, with springs, native fauna with a lovely clearing at one end of the bush. The bush can be seen from the home, and while while driving along the driveway entrance leading in and out of the property.

The land
The area surrounding the home is level to easy contour. The land spreads out towards the western boundary where the contour becomes easy to rolling and in some areas the land is steep.  This makes the land appealing with lots of little places to appreciate. It is well worth while taking a walk around the block as there are interesting aspects of it including an old "race" along its southern boundary. 2 large paddocks at the western end of the farm that is elevated with views toward the township of Pukekohe.  Through the central part of the land there is a gully that was once covered in weed, gorse and blackberry.  It has now been transformed into a usable grazing area for cattle, a stream runs through this paddock and a water settling pond has been created to catch the water that comes down from the highest point of the property.  This pond is fenced, with some development one could create a nice habitat for birds.

There are 5 large paddock lots on the land and each is serviced with a water trough for the animals. These troughs are gravity feed from the stream.

The home
The home is two storey with the master bedroom, ensute and walkin wardrobe on the second story and 3 bedrooms, family room, separate lounge, main bathroom, entry foyer, large laundry room and double garage with interanal entry on the ground floor. A large deck flows from the family and main living area.  The home features polished floors and spacious rooms.
